On August 3rd, I purchased a samurai jersey. After reaching out to the company, I received an automated email stating that they would get back to me. By September 6th, I received an email confirming that the jersey had been sent. The email mentioned that there was a delay, but it was on its way.
When I received the jersey, I found it to be thinner than expected. It is a long sleeve with a somewhat faded print. Overall, I was not fully satisfied with the experience. I allowed some time for the tracker to update, as I did not want to be a burden by asking for assistance. However, it seems necessary to contact them regularly, as the saying goes, "the squeaky wheel gets the oil."
