Custom uniform return/refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex and custom nature of full sublimation, we DO NOT offer refunds on custom uniforms, specifically concerning late orders, final color output not matching the color displayed on the mockup or other items ordered. After receiving your items, you may submit a written request within two days of receiving your shipment to email@example.com with any specific issues you have and we may be able to work with you to replace or offer a reduced rate for remade items. This is at the sole discretion of Big League Shirts.
ART DEPOSITS: The $35 art deposit is non-refundable, even if not proceeding with the order.
Misspelled names or incorrect sizes: When transferring your order form to print ready files, it's possible the "human error factor" may come into place where our staff accidentally copies a detail incorrectly. In this case, a remade item will be sent to you at no cost. Again, please submit a written report to firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of our error as soon as possible to have the item replaced in a timely manner.
20 BUSINESS DAY GUARANTEE:
20 Business Day Guarantee: Here at Big League Shirts, we understand the importance of getting jerseys to the customer on time. This is why we offer a 20 Business Day Guarantee on all "jersey only" team orders (10+). This timeframe begins on the business day following roster submission, full payment and full approval of artwork. Weekends and holidays excluded from the number of days.
Exceptions: If other garments are ordered at the same time, such as hoodies/pants/shorts, the 20 business day guarantee does not apply. Items that require additional sewing such as custom pockets, 2 button jerseys, full button jerseys, long sleeve jerseys, and tackle twill are not included in the guarantee. Multiple designs within the same order are not included in the guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to orders of fewer than 10 jerseys. This guarantee only applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. This guarantee can not be combined with any other discounts or specials. The order must be paid in full on the date of order to qualify for the guarantee.
If the 20 Business Day Guarantee is exceeded, and does not meet any of the EXCEPTIONS listed above, please submit a written notice to email@example.com that you qualify for our 20 Business Day Guarantee. If approved, you will receive up to 12 free jerseys, not exceeding the amount of your additional order, at no cost to you on your next order. Please note: This does not entitle you to a refund on your current order.
