Custom uniform return/refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex nature of printing and sublimation, we do not offer refunds on custom uniforms or art fees, specifically concerning final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mockup was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. After recieving your items you may submit a written request within 2 (two) days of recieving your shipment to email@example.com with any specific issues you have and we may be able to work with you to replace or offer a reduced rate for remade items. This is at the sole descretion of Big League Shirts.
Non-Customized stock refund policy (bats, gloves, etc)
All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please request your return authorization number and $5.99 UPS return shipping label using our online returns portal.
Return shipments must be delivered back to Big League within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping package. If returning footwear, please remember to ship your shoe box in another shipping box or bag. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are currently processed within 5-7 business days after being received back to Big League.
If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with one of our Customer Care Specialists or through our website and proceed to request your return authorization number using our online returns portal. We will ship your new item(s) as quickly as possible via the shipping method you select. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) being requested and current UPS shipping rates based on the shipping method you choose. Once we process your return authorization, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
Misspelled names or incorrect sizes: When transferring your order form to print ready files, its possible the "human error factor" may come into place where our staff accidently copies a detail incorrectly. In this case, a remade item will be sent to you at no cost to you. Again, please submit a written report and screenshot to firstname.lastname@example.org of our error as soon as possible to have the item replaced in a timely manner.
Jerseys shipped in 20 business day guarantee: Here at Big League, we understand the importance of getting you jerseys on time. This is why we offer a 20 business day guarantee on all jerseys ordered from the time of full payment and full approval of artwork (both mockup and proof). If this shipping time is exceeded, please submit a notice to sales@bigleagueshirts that you would like to take advantage of our "20 business day guarantee". If approved, you will recieve up to 12 free jerseys, not exceeding the amount of your additional order at no cost to you on your next order.
2-step process on custom uniform approval
In order to make the process of custom uniform as smooth as possible for our customers, we offer a 2 step approval process to make sure your uniforms match your expectations"
Step 1: Following initial non refundable deposit of art fee. All customers directly engage with one of our graphic artists in our art department. They work with you to make a "mockup" exactly to your liking. Generally, all requests to changes of mockup are unlimited with the exception of major changes that may occur additional charges which is up to the descretion of Big League and our staff.
Step 2: Once a mockup is approved, deposit made, and roster form submitted. Your mockup is presented to our print and graphic teams for adjusting colors and getting in print ready form. For simple designs, our staff may approve a proof automatically. For more complex designs, you may be asked to approve the proof yourself. If approval of proof is absolutely necessary on your end, please submit a request to email@example.com. Once a proof is approved by a customer, their can be absolutely no changes. PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes in camera angle/lighting/screen resolution and general perception of color by humans, final product color may seem slightly altered in person.
