Refund policy

Due to the complex and custom nature of full sublimation, we DO NOT offer refunds on custom uniforms, specifically concerning late orders, final color output not matching the color displayed on the mockup or other items ordered. After receiving your items, you may submit a written request within two days of receiving your shipment to sales@bigleagueshirts.com with any specific issues you have and we may be able to work with you to replace or offer a reduced rate for remade items. This is at the sole discretion of Big League Shirts.

ART DEPOSITS: The $40 art deposit is non-refundable, even if not proceeding with the order.

Misspelled names or incorrect sizes: When transferring your order form to print ready files, it's possible the "human error factor" may come into place where our staff accidentally copies a detail incorrectly. In this case, a remade item will be sent to you at no cost. Again, please submit a written report to sales@bigleagueshirts.com with a screenshot of our error as soon as possible to have the item replaced in a timely manner.
