Love these jerseys, also have the regulators as a team jersey
We had to have multiple reprints at the fault of your company. At no time during my multiple conversations did anyone ever offer an apology. In fact, they did not offer to expedite the re-prints and it took weeks (a month this last time) to get the replacements. In fact, we still have not received the latest goof-ups and its been 4 weeks. At this rate the season will be over and the jerseys will be irrelevant. I would never recommend this company to others for this reason alone. The quality of the work when it actual does arrive is good, but certainly does not make up in their lack of customer service and just common courtesy. We will have another league start in the fall - I guess I will have to find another vendor for the new shirts. This is an easy correction for anyone interested in maintaining a customer base. I hope you get this fixed as I am sure I could not possibly be the only customer this has happened to???
Easy to order. Customer Service answered all questions helped me with sizing. Shirt is quality made and very comfortable.
