  • Stand straight with arms relaxed. Wrap tape around the fullest part of the chest.
  • For finished specs, lay a jersey flat and measure 1" below the armhole side-to-side.

Body Length

  • Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (base of neck) straight down to the bottom hem.
