I've done a few custom orders with big league shirts over the past couple of years/seasons and am always blown with the ease and responsiveness of working with their designers, their ability to quickly turn out a product, and the general quality of the end product jerseys.
I would normally give a 5 out of 5 rating for any jersey they help make however this go around the colors of the end product are definitely off from the approved mock up. They still look great it's just not 100% what we were hoping for/expecting to get.
