How To Measure
Chest Width
- Stand straight with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Wrap tape around fullest part of chest (nipple level).
- Keep tape level all around—check in a mirror.
Pro Tip
Jerseys are loose fitting. Measure over a t-shirt to simulate a standard field layer.
Body Length
- Stand straight with shoulders back.
- Measure from highest point of shoulder (base of neck).
- Run tape straight down the front to the hemline.
Shoulder Width
- Place tape at bony tip of one shoulder.
- Run straight across upper back to other shoulder tip.
Waist
- Find natural waistline—narrowest part of torso.
- Wrap tape around waist, keeping it level.
- Don't hold breath or suck in stomach.
Hips
- Stand with feet together.
- Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam
- Measure from the very top of the inner thigh (crotch).
- Run the tape down the inside of the leg to the ankle.
